September and October were extremely busy months for us. We were teaching two Book of Mormon classes once a week, a Doctrine and Covenants class twice a week, and another Doctrine and Covenants class every other week. Mornings were spent studying for the classes. In the afternoon, we taught Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday night, and Thursday. That's a lot of preparation. But, we really learned a lot and it was good for us. Our afternoon classes consisted of one to five students, and the Wednesday night class often had 35 to 40 students from our branch.
Wednesday night class.
Monday Book of Mormon afternoon class: Jessie Krag, Daniel Olsen, Judith Flores
Our other Book of Mormon class was taught on Tuesday afternoon to Chelsea (a non-member).
Our Tuesday and Thursday Doctrine and Covenants class: Daniel Olsen, Megan McCaleb, Katy Seiley, Jason Russ, Sister and Elder Dalebout
Our great sister missionaries: Sister Garlow and Sister Pond
Sister Serrato and Sister Pond
Two of our branch members had birthdays in September: Odko (above) and Colin Henderson (below). We had them over to our house for a birthday dinner.
We enjoyed "linger longers" after church on several occasions. We seem to get a lot of people out whenever we feed them.
Elder Dalebout and Blake Hoffman did a little barbequeing. We did all of these linger longers at the institute building.
Gloria and Danielle (below) were in charge of the linger longer. They did a great job.
Colin Henderson, Alicia Zuniga and William Johnston.
Cody Kiger and friends washing the dishes.
Jordan Brown's baptism. She is the tall one in the middle.
We enjoyed meeting at President and Sister Little's house for October Conference.
We had a special family home evening with our mission president and his wife, President Schmitt and Sister Schmitt with Sister Pond, Sister Pond and Elder and Sister Dalebout.
Another fun family home evening carving pumpkins at Halloween. Alex Katzensen and Tyler Milne.
Buddy Langhton, Wade Edwards, Megan McCaleb and her friend, and
Daniel Olsen.
We keep busy doing many things with all our branch members. In addition, we try to visit them a couple times a week.

Boy, you are busy!! I like the "linger longer" name. We call ours "Munch and Mingle". Stay well and we send our best wishes for 2015.
